Along with our range of varying floor plans, we are pleased to offer flexible lease term options and pricing to fit your needs. Whether you are renovating a home and need a place to live for a few months, moving to the area for a five month work assignment, or making a permanent move, we can provide a lease option that will make your transition easy and affordable.

Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $75.00 for the first applicant and $25.00 for any additional applicants (over the age of 18) or co-signers. There is a $200 security deposit and a one-time, non-refundable admin fee of $350 per apartment. No monthly or annual amenity fees are required!
Pet Policy
Pet-friendly! We accept pets under 80 lbs. with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. A $500.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $250.00 refundable deposit is required per pet.
Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers and Chows. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Certain breeds may be restricted by management. Please call leasing office for information.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
