Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $75.00 for the first applicant and $25.00 for any additional applicants (over the age of 18) or co-signers. There is a $200 security deposit and a one-time, non-refundable admin fee of $350 per apartment. No monthly or annual amenity fees are required!
Pet Policy
Pet-friendly! We accept pets under 80 lbs. with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. A $500.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $250.00 refundable deposit is required per pet. There is also a $10 per pet monthly rent.
Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers and Chows. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Certain breeds may be restricted by management. Please call leasing office for information.
