Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $75 per person is required. All application fees are non refundable. A non-refundable fee of $175 will be charged for each one bedroom, $275 for two bedrooms, and $375 for three bedroom leases. There is a $200 refundable deposit required for every apartment. All deposits are subject to change based on your credit approval.
Pet Policy
We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Pet fees are: $300.00 for pets 30lbs and under, $400.00 for pets over 30lbs, and $500.00 for two.
Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terriers), Chows, Rottweilers and Doberman. Interviews are required for all dogs and photos of your pet must be on file.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
