Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $75 per person is required. All application fees are non refundable. A non-refundable fee of $175 will be charged for each one bedroom, $275 for two bedrooms, and $375 for three bedroom leases. There is a $200 refundable deposit required for every apartment. Pet Policy
We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. One pet is $300.00 non-refundable fee, $200.00 refundable deposit and a $10.00/month pet rent. Two pets are $400.00 non-refundable fee, $300.00 refundable deposit and a $15.00/month pet rent.
Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terriers), Chows, Rottweilers and Doberman. Interviews are required for all dogs and photos of your pet must be on file.
