Deposit and Fees
Application fee is $100 per applicant.
The administrative fee is $300.
Deposits are as follows:
1 Bedroom = $300
2 Bedroom = $500
Penthouses = $700-$800 (depending on size)

Pet Policy
Cats and dogs welcome! We allow two pets per home with a maximum weight of 75 pounds. There is a $300 per pet deposit, a $300 per pet non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent of $15 per month per pet.
Aggressive breeds are restricted. Please contact the office for details.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
