Whether you are renovating a home and need a place to live for a few months, moving to the area for a five month work assignment, or making a permanent move, we can provide a lease option that will make your transition easy and affordable.

Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $40 is required of everyone over the age of 18. There is a standard security deposit of $300 and a one-time amenity fee of $300. No monthly amenity fees required!
Pet Policy
Windsor at Pine Ridge allows up to 3 large pets! There is an upfront fee of $300/dog and $200/cat, and monthly pet rent $45/dog and $25/cat.
Breed restrictions apply. No Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Chows or any breeds mixed with these. All breeds and pets must be approved by the management office. Stop by the leasing office with any questions.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards.
