Deposit and Fees
We require a security deposit of $1000 (refundable at your move-out pending apartment condition).
One-time only, optional amenity membership of $150 that covers your use of the pool, sauna, sport court, tot lot, grilling area and for the entirety of your lease at Windsor Green.
$350 non-refundable rekeying fee, which covers apartment keys, mailbox keys, electronic building access cards and directory information.

Pet Policy
There is a monthly $40 pet rent for cats and dogs under 35 lbs and $70 for large dogs (under 65lbs). We have a 2 pet per apartment limit.
Breed restrictions apply. NO Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds or Dobermans. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Please call the leasing office with any questions.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards.
