Deposit and Fees
There is a refundable security deposit of $1000 and a one-time non-refundable re-key fee of $250 required at move-in. A one-time non-refundable amenity membership of $300 is requested at move-in for use of our luxurious on-site amenities.
Pet Policy
Windsor Woods at Canton is a pet-friendly community! We do not require any upfront fees. However, the monthly pet rent is as follows:
- Cats = $40/month additional
- Dogs up to 30lbs = $50/month additional
- Dogs 31-85lbs = $100/month additional
- Cats = $40/month additional
- Dogs up to 30lbs = $50/month additional
- Dogs 31-85lbs = $100/month additional
Maximum pet weight = 85lbs. Breed restrictions apply: NO Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Chows, Akitas, Dobermans, or mixed breeds of any of the above. All breeds and pets must be approved by management. Please call the leasing office with any questions.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
