Deposit and Fees
A standard security deposit of $500 with good credit is be required to move-in. There is also a one-time, non-refundable rekey fee of $250 to be paid on your move in date. An amenity membership of $300 for full use of the fitness center and swimming pool are requested at move-in for use of these amenities.
Windsor Woods at Canton is a pet-friendly community! We do not require any upfront fees. However, the monthly pet rent is as follows:
- Cats = $40/month additional
- Dogs up to 30lbs = $50/month additional
- Dogs 31-85lbs = $100/month additional
Maximum pet weight = 85lbs. Breed restrictions apply: NO Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Chows, Mastiffs, Akitas, Dobermans, German Shepards, or mixed breeds of any of the above. All breeds and pets must be approved by management. Please call the leasing office with any questions.
