Deposit and Fees
A security deposit of $1000 is required to move in to our homes, however we are currently offering a $500 deposit to residents with good credit.
We also require a one-time key and lock charge of $200 per apartment at move-in.

Pet Policy
Cats and dogs are welcome at Windsor at Oak Grove. There are select buildings in which pets are allowed, so please inquire with our management team for more specifics.
Cats - Additional $50/month per pet
Dogs up to 20 lbs - Additional $75/month per pet
Dogs over 20 lbs - Additional $100/month per pet

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
