Deposit and Fees
Studio and 1-bedroom: $100 deposit
2-bedroom: $200 deposit
2-bedroom/den: $300 deposit
2-bedroom loft: $300 deposit
Townhome: $500 deposit
A $250 lease fee is required per apartment, and there is an annual $150 amenity fee.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with responsible pet owners. A $250 deposit and $250 fee applies per pet. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chow-Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, and Pitt Bulls. All pets are subject to management approval. Residents are limited to two pets per apartment.
Management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in lease agreement.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
