Deposit and Fees
Studio and 1-bedroom: $100 deposit and $300 administrative fee
2-bedroom: $200 deposit and $350 administrative fee
2-bedroom/den: $300 deposit and $400 administrative fee
2-bedroom loft: $300 deposit and $500 administrative fee
Townhome: $500 deposit and $500 administrative fee
There is monthly common area maintenance (CAM) fee of $20.
Application fees are $75 per adult.
Additional deposits may be required.
2-bedroom: $200 deposit and $350 administrative fee
2-bedroom/den: $300 deposit and $400 administrative fee
2-bedroom loft: $300 deposit and $500 administrative fee

Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community that accepts up to two cats or dogs per apartment weighing less than 100 pounds each. There is a $500 pet fee and $500 pet deposit per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted. Please contact the leasing office with any questions regarding breed restrictions.
All pets are subject to management approval and management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
