Deposit and Fees
$75 per person application fee, non-refundable.
One-bedroom - $200 deposit. Two-bedroom - $400 deposit. Three-bedroom - $500 deposit. Private Villas - $1,500 deposit. Deposits are refundable.
One-bedroom - $250 non-refundable administrative fee. Two-bedroom - $350 non-refundable administrative fee. Three-bedroom - $450 non-refundable administrative fee. Private Villas - $500 non-refundable administrative fee.
One-bedroom - $200 deposit. Two-bedroom - $400 deposit. Three-bedroom - $500 deposit. Private Villas - $1,500 deposit. Deposits are refundable.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcomed with responsible owners. There is a two animal maximum per apartment.
Animals under 30 lbs require a non-refundable fee of $250 and a refundable deposit of $250 is required. Pet rent is $10 per month per animal under 30 lbs.
Animals over 30 lbs.require a $500 non-refundable fee and a refundable deposit of $500 is required. $20 per month per animal over 30-lbs.

Certain breeds are restricted, and all pets are subject to management approval.
Management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
