Whether you are renovating a home and need a place to live for a few months, moving to the area for a five month work assignment or making a permanent move, we can provide a lease option that will make your transition easy and affordable.

Deposit and Fees
There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 for 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes. The application fee is $75 per adult and is non-refundable. There is a $200 refundable deposit on 1 bedroom homes, a $300 refundable deposit on 2 bedroom homes and a $400 refundable deposit on 3 bedroom homes.
Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities in the apartment.

Pet Policy
There is a two pet maximum per apartment with deposits ranging from $250 plus a $250 non-refundable fee for pets 30lbs. and under. Deposit of $500 plus a $500 non-refundable fee is required for pets over 30lbs. Pet rent is $10 per month for small pets and $20 per month for larger pets. Maximum of two(2) pets per apartment.
Certain breed and weight restrictions apply and all pets are subject to management approval.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
