Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant 18 years of age or older. There is a $300 administrative fee due at time of application. Please ask about our preferred employer discount! No deposit required with approved credit!
Additional monthly premiums possible based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $15 per month.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.

Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community! We allow up to 2 pets per home with a 100 lb. combined weight limit.
Refundable pet deposit - $250 due at time of move in. The deposit is $400 for 2 pets.
Nonrefundable pet fee - $250 due at time of move in. The pet fee is $400 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet fee - $35 per pet

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
