Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant 18 years of age and older. There is a $250 administrative fee due at time of application. Please ask about our preferred employer discount! No deposit required with approved credit!
Additional monthly premiums possible based on credit.

Pet Policy
Dogs require $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Cats require $20 monthly pet rent per pet. In addition, a total deposit of: Under 25 lbs - $300 deposit ($150 Refundable); 25-80 lbs - $500 deposit ($250 Refundable); 81-100 lbs. - $600 deposit ($300 Refundable).
