Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant 18 years of age and older. There is a $300 administrative fee due at time of application. Please ask about our preferred employer discount! No deposit required with approved credit!
Additional monthly premiums possible based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $15 per month.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.

Pet Policy
Dogs require $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Cats require $20 monthly pet rent per pet. In addition, a total deposit of: Under 25 lbs - $300 deposit ($150 Refundable); 25-80 lbs - $500 deposit ($250 Refundable); 81-100 lbs. - $600 deposit ($300 Refundable).
2 pets per apartment permitted. Combined weight must not exceed 100 lbs.
2 pets: Under 25 lbs.- additional $100 fee & pets over 25 lbs. -$125 fee.

We welcome most pets with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted and weight limits may apply. Management reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. Please contact the property for details and pricing.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
