Whether you are renovating a home and need a place to live for a few months, moving to the area for a five month work assignment, or making a permanent move, we can provide a lease option that will make your transition easy and affordable.

Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. There is a one time administration fee of $275.00. No deposit with approved credit.
Additional monthly premiums may be required based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $15 per month plus a deposit equal to one half month's rent.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month plus a deposit equal to one month's rent.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month plus a deposit equal to one month's rent AND a qualified co-signer.

Pet Policy
Pets must be spayed or neutered and be at least one year old. Limit of 2 pets with a combined weight not to exceed 100 pounds. Monthly pet rent as follows: Dog-$35/month, 2 dogs-$60/month. Cats-$20/month, 2 cats-$30/month.
We welcome most pets with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted and weight limits may apply. Management reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. Please contact the property for details and pricing.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
