Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant 18 years of age and older. There is a $300-$350 administrative fee due at time of application. Studios require a $300 administrative fee, 1 bedrooms require a $325 administrative fee, and 2 bedrooms require a $350 administrative fee. No deposit required with approved credit!
Additional monthly premiums possible based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $15 per month.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.

Pet Policy
Two pets per apartment are permitted (breed restrictions apply). Combined weight must not exceed 100lbs. Dogs require $30 monthly pet rent/$60 for two. Cats require $25 monthly pet rent/$50 for two. A total deposit of $300 (1/2 refundable) for cats and $500 (1/2 refundable) for dogs is also required.
We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted and weight limits may apply. Management reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. Please contact the property for details and pricing.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
