Whether you are renovating a home and need a place to live for a few months, moving to the area for a five month work assignment, or making a permanent move, we can provide a lease option that will make your transition easy and affordable.

Deposit and Fees
$100 refundable deposit for one bedroom homes. $75 non-refundable fee.
$200 refundable deposit for two bedroom homes. $100 non-refundable fee.
$50 application fee per applicant.

$50 application fee per applicant.
Pet Policy
$600 per pet, $350 is non-refundable and $250 is reserved as the pet deposit. Pet rent is $10.00 per month per pet.
Pets up to 99 lbs. are welcome. Limit two pets per apartment.

Breed restrictions: No aggressive breeds. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Stafford Terriers, Chows, or Domerman Pinschers.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
