Deposit and Fees
Refundable security deposit for a one bedroom homes is $300/Mid rise and $500/High rise. The Administrative fee is $350.
Refundable security deposit for a two bedroom homes is $500/Mid rise and $800/High rise. The Administrative fee is $350.
Application fee is $75 per applicant.
Effective 4-9-2012 our Referral fee's are as follows:
Locator fee's: 50% escorted or unescorted on a 7-12 month lease.
Resident Referral: $250.00 on a one bedroom and $500.00 on a two bedroom.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community that accepts up to two cats or dogs per apartment weighing less than 100 pounds each. There is a $500 pet fee and $500 pet deposit per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted. Please contact the leasing office with any questions regarding breed restrictions. All pets are subject to management approval and management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement.
