Deposit and Fees
Refundable security deposit for a one bedroom homes is $150. The administrative fee is $250.

Application fees are $75 per applicant.

Pet Policy
$600 per pet, $350 is non-refundable and $250 is reserved as the pet deposit. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.
Pets up to 99 lbs. are welcome. Limit two pets per apartment.

Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Stafford Terriers, Chows, or Doberman Pincers.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
