Liberty House offers a variety of one-, two- & three-bedroom apartments to meet your specific needs. All of our floor plans feature an open living & dining area, as well as fully appointed kitchens and in home washer & dryers. Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $75 is required for each applicant over the age of 18. There is a $1000 security deposit (pending credit approval), and a $600 amenity fee due at move-in.
Pet Policy
We happily welcome cats & dogs under 70 lbs. There is a non-refundable $500 pet fee at move-in and $50 monthly pet rent per pet under 45 lbs. Monthly pet rent for dogs between 46 and 70 lbs is $75. We allow two (2) pets per apartment.
All breeds must be approved by the Management Office. No aggressive breeds permitted.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
