Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $175 is required for each applicant over the age of 18. There is a $600 amenity fee, a security deposit equal to one month's rent (pending credit approval), and a $50 town inspection fee due at move in.
Pet Policy
Cats & dogs under 25 lbs are welcome in the Tower; Cats & dogs over 25 lbs are welcome in the Cove. A $500 non-refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent is required per pet for both dogs and cats. There is a 2 pet limit per apartment.
All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Certain breeds may be restricted by management. Please call leasing office for information.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards.
