Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. There is a one-time non-refundable amenity fee of $300 due at time of reservation. And a $250 security deposit (with approved credit) due at move-in.
Pet Policy
Cats are welcome. A pet fee is required, $300 for one cat, $350 for two, and $400 for three. Also, there is a monthly pet rent of $20 for one cat, $30 for 2, and $40 for 3.
(All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Certain breeds may be restricted by management. Please call leasing office for information.)
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards.
