Deposit and Fees

An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. There is a $250 security deposit, one-time non-refundable amenity fee of $400 per apartment home.

Pet Policy

There is an upfront non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet, and $200 for additional pets. There is also a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
Breed restrictions apply. NO Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas or Dobermans. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Please call the leasing office with any questions.

Renters Insurance Policy

To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
