Our unique building showcases extraordinary one-, two-, and three- bedroom apartments and penthouses. As you enter each residence, you will immediately be drawn to the designer gourmet kitchens including 42" custom cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Our expansive nine foot ceilings and six foot windows lets the sunlight pour in and gives the homes an airy, open feeling. No matter which floor plan you choose, you will fall in love at first sight!

Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $50 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. There is a $250 security deposit, one-time non-refundable amenity fee of $400 per apartment home.
Pet Policy
There is an upfront non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet, and $200 for additional pets. There is also a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
Breed restrictions apply. NO Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas or Dobermans. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Please call the leasing office with any questions.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
Prices shown are for new residents only. Square footages and apartment features shown are approximate and may vary. Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
