Deposit and Fees
To reserve your new home a Reservation Fee/Security Deposit of $349.00, an application fee of $50.00 for everyone over the age of 18, and a $200.00 amenities fee will be due at application time.
Pet Policy
We love cats and LARGE dogs at Windsor at Brandywine Valley. A simple $400.00 non-refundable move in pet fee and $30.00 monthly pet rent will move you in! Call our office for more details.
Breed restrictions do apply. All breeds and pets must be approved by property management. Please call leasing office for information.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
