Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $40 is required for each prospective resident over 18. The security deposit is $500.
Pet Policy
We allow cats and dogs. Pet fee is $50 per month, per pet. $500 additional deposit.

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
