Deposit and Fees
$40 application fee per person.
$400 deposit for one bedrooms.
$500 deposit for two bedrooms.
$400 deposit for one bedrooms.
$500 deposit for two bedrooms.
Pet Policy
There is a $500 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent fee for one cat and $50 monthly pet fee for one dog (pet rent fee is $50 for two cats and $75 for two dogs, two pet maximum).

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
