Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $40 is required for each prospective resident over 18. There is a $500 refundable security deposit. No monthly amenity fees are needed!
Pet Policy
There is an upfront, refundable Pet Deposit of $500 for up to 2 pets. We allow two pets per apartment, with a combined weight limit of 75 lbs. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
Breed restrictions apply. Staffordshire Terriers, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, and Dobermans are strictly prohibited. Please contact the Leasing Office for further questions.
Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.

Rental rates, availability, deposits and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies.
