Deposit and Fees
There is a $250 refundable security deposit and $250 non-refundable fee for all one, two and three bedroom apartments. There is a $400 deposit and $400 fee for all two and three bedroom townhomes. An application fee of $45 per applicant over the age of 18 is also required.
Additional monthly premiums possible based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $15 per month.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month.

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
