Deposit and Fees
There is a $150 application fee required per applicant over the age of 18. Our security deposit is $500, pending a credit check.
Pet Policy
We welcome both cats and small dogs into our community.
Cats - $300 Non-refundable fee charged at move-in, plus $40 per month per cat
Dogs - $600 Non-refundable fee charged at move-in, plus $60 per month per dog
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

Renters Insurance Policy
To protect you and your neighbors in the event of an unexpected event, we require all residents
show proof of a $100,000 personal liability insurance policy. For specific details on this program including
information on Assurant, our preferred insurance provider, please visit Renters Insurance Program.
