ORIENTATION PROGRAM
The Training Department, Human Resources, and your Regional Staff work closely
together to ensure a smooth transition into your new position. You will be
given the tools needed to prepare for your first day on the job, and more
importantly, for your future. Whether you will be working in marketing,
management or maintenance, a tailored orientation program includes the
following:
- On-site introductory work with your supervisor covering a comprehensive
Orientation I checklist and workbook tailored for each position.

Initial core curriculum taken within your first 30 days.

A designated mentor to provide you with support throughout your Windsor career.

Continual on-the-job training.
