Marketing Representative
Few professional positions provide as much diversity at the outset than that of
a Windsor Marketing Representative. This position is the first step toward a rewarding
business career in the dynamic and exciting multifamily residential property management
business. A Windsor Marketing Representative is directly responsible for generating
the revenues necessary to successfully operate a multifamily residential community.
The company will provide you with quality training to develop skills in such areas
as marketing strategies, sales, operational procedures, resident and corporate relations,
and team building.
Successful Windsor Marketing Representatives are energetic and customer service
oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
Property Manager
Join Windsor as a Property Manager of a Windsor multifamily residential community,
a position that is exciting and diversified. As a Windsor Property Manager your
primary focus will be on managing all aspects of operating a multi-million dollar
asset to achieve maximum profitability. Your responsibilities will include preparation
of the annual business plan, formulating operating and capital budgets, as well
as management of the marketing and maintenance programs of a Windsor community.
You will oversee a staff of anywhere from 2 to 25 people, making human resources
management an important component of the position.
The ideal candidate will be customer service and team oriented, self-directed and
motivated, and will possess excellent communication and computer skills.
Maintenance Supervisor
Direct the entire maintenance operation of a multi-million dollar apartment community
as a Windsor Maintenance Supervisor. In this hands-on position of considerable responsibility,
you will supervise and train personnel, oversee the completion of projects as well
as directly perform property maintenance tasks, and promote quality resident customer
service. Other important components of the position are preparing short and long-term
maintenance and capital expense budgets, overseeing cost control, and inventory
planning. The position usually requires living on site and, for those situations,
a company-paid apartment is provided.
Sound technical training, prior experience in multifamily property management, and
strong communication skills will be key to success in this position. The qualified
candidate will also have his/her own tools and transportation.
Maintenance Mechanic
Join the staff of one of our Windsor multifamily residential communities as a Maintenance
Mechanic and become part of a national company, providing excellent opportunity
for growth and advancement. Strong experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical,
heating, air conditioning and appliance repair is desired. The position requires
interaction with our resident customers and includes on-call responsibilities. It
may require living on site and, for those situations, a company-paid apartment is
