Windsor at Windermere Place is a short walk to Westtown Market Place, which offers a grocery store, bank, eateries, and gift store. Next to our community is a business park which includes a credit union, family doctor, dentist, and insurance agent.

Downtown
West Chester is a 10 minute drive, and is a charming town showcasing more than 55 award winning restaurants with many offering outdoor seating (seasonal). With nearly 100 retail stores, this is the perfect spot to find that unique gift. Throughout the year West Chester offers many entertainment options including live music, restaurant and film festivals, and wine tastings. 'First Fridays' occur March through December and retail stores are open late.
Visit
King of Prussia Mall located 25 minutes away, is the largest mall on the East coast and features department stores including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, and Macy's.
Parks
Ridley Creek State Park encompasses 2,606 acres and offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and spectacular nature views. Ridley Creek is five minutes from our community.
Visit
Valley Forge National Historic Park. is 20 minutes away and offers 3,600 acres of walking, hiking, and biking trails. In addition, there is plenty of open space to enjoy a relaxing picnic. You may even see some wildlife! Visit East Goshen Park and West Goshen Park offer walking paths and are both within five minutes from our community.
Highways/Interstates
We are located five minutes from Route 202 which connects with Routes 1, 76, 100, 322, and I-95. We are a 15 minute drive to I-476.
Schools
Over half of the staff members of
West Chester School District have at least a Master's degree. College Board Scores are consistently above state and national averages. Awards have been presented by the U.S. Department of Education to Fugette Middle and East High School. Schools servicing our community include Glen Acres Elementary, Fugett Middle, and East High School.
