Setting Up Your Account in Four Easy Steps
Step 1: Click on "Log On To The Windsor Resident Portal", below.
Step 2: Click "Don't Have an Account Yet?"
Step 3: Enter your information and click “Submit.” (Note: Contact the Leasing
Office if you do not have a Social Security Number)
Step 4: Your temporary password will be e-mailed to you. Use that to log-in
and select a new password.
Troubleshooting
If you see the following message:
We are unable to find the requested User Name or the information provided does not
match our records. (Code=3800)
... we may not have your correct information in our system. Please contact the leasing
office to verify that the information we have on file is correct.
