As a Windsor Assistant Property Manager, you are a leader of your community and team. Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the management of the property's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Coordinate with the Support Services Department through effective communication and guidance.
- Take a proactive role in driving sales performance for new resident acquisition and securing renewal retention.
- Prioritize the establishment and nurturing of customer relationships as a key focus.
- Maintain an inclusive team environment.
- Energize the property team to outperform the local market.
- Create a culture of accountability to policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Courageously embrace challenges and change.
What You Bring to Us:
- College degree preferred.
- One to two years residential property management experience.
- Desire to grow your career to the next level.
- Proficiency with industry software YARDI and Funnel.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to execute on areas of opportunity.
- A sharp professional appearance.
