Windsor offers multiple payment options, including ACH bank transfer. Residents can view available payment options for their community through the Bilt payment portal. For added convenience, you can enroll in autopay so your rent is automatically processed on the due date each month — giving you peace of mind and one less task to manage. Paying through the Resident Portal also provides access to added benefits, including on-time rent reporting (if enabled) and the ability to earn rewards points through Bilt.
