DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and team-oriented Consumer Product Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee our Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack, including the continuous analysis and optimization of key marketing technology systems that align with Windsor objectives and enhance the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Management of key marketing and sales systems including self-guided tour app, leasing AI technology, video communications platform, CRM marketing features, and other products that support marketing efforts.
- Build operational knowledge to ensure that products are addressing the needs and stated goals of the department and company.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations to define the overall vision and strategy for identified marketing programs.
- Ability to work cross functionally with Strategic Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders on product development and delivery.
- Work with partners to further Windsor business goals to enhancement requests and roadmaps.
- Broker smooth collaboration and integration between our key marketing partners and systems.
- Develop necessary KPIs and monitoring, job aids/training documentation and SOP/polices that support each product.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendor partners and internal teams to align on priorities and progress.
- Work with Strategic Analytics team to identify consumer trends and friction points and adjust product implementation and use practices accordingly.
- Build strong communication plan alerting users to product changes, releases, and bugs.
- Maintain dashboards to align internal and partner teams on priorities and status.
- Participate and/or lead pilots as necessary.
- Continues to learn, stays current on latest technologies and trends.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree; and three to five years’ experience in product management, preferably within multifamily or real estate sectors; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and partners.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including AI, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- AI enablement experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of SmartSheet a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms a plus.
- Working knowledge of project management software such as Monday.com, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Asana, Quip or Microsoft Planner a plus.
- Experience in voice of customer analysis and consumer insights a plus.
- Working knowledge of multifamily operational platforms like Funnel, Realync, EliseAI, Tour24 a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to both strategize at a high level and dive into technical details as needed.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication style.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
COMPENSATION:
- Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
- Compensation range: $95,000 - $115,000 + 15% year-end bonus.

- 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.
