COMPENSATION:
ALC I:
- Hourly: Starting rate is $23.28 per hour or $48,422 annually. The full range is $23.28 - $29.09 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $60,422 ($48,422 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $78,507 ($60,507 base + $18,000 bonus)
ALC II:
- Hourly: Starting rate is $24.52 per hour or $51,001 annually. The full range is $24.52 - $30.66 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $63,001 ($51,001 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $81,772 ($63,772 base + $18,000 bonus)
Concierge:
- Hourly: Starting at $22.16 or $46,092 annually. The full range is $22.16 - $27.70 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is $500 per quarter or $2,000 annual potential.
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential:
- $48,092 ($46,092 + $2,000 bonus potential)
- $59,616 ($57,616 + $2,000 bonus potential)
RSM I:
- Hourly: Starting at $33.50 or $69,680 annually. The full range is $33.50 - $41.88 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly.
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential:
- $83,616 ($69,680 + $13,936 bonus potential)
