COMPENSATION:
ALC I:
- Hourly: Starting at $19.00 - $23.75 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $39,520 - $49,400.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $51,520 ($39,520 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $67,400 ($49,400 base + $18,000 bonus)
