Windsor Communities is a dynamic and innovative multifamily real estate company committed to creating exceptional living experiences across our portfolio of properties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
 
DESCRIPTION:
 
The ideal Marketing Manager would be responsible for the daily development, execution, and management of marketing plans and programs. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate across departments.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Lead and expand key MarTech programs by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, deepening vendor partnerships, driving product enhancements, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering actionable insights through robust monitoring and reporting frameworks.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic pilots and high-impact projects, aligning initiatives with company and departmental goals, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the Marketing Support ticketing system with full accountability for team performance, operational efficiency, data-driven reporting, and trend analysis to inform continuous improvement and resource planning.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing performance assessments to evaluate property-level effectiveness, uncover growth opportunities, and drive strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead turnaround strategies for underperforming properties by conducting in-depth performance diagnostics, identifying root causes, and deploying targeted marketing solutions to drive demand and meet operational benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain strategic marketing playbooks that codify best practices, SOPs, and scalable frameworks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing audit tools for site-level and regional teams, enabling proactive compliance checks and continuous improvement in marketing execution.
  • Leverage PowerBI to deliver advanced marketing analytics, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and performance optimization.
  • Serve as the Social and Reputation Management lead, driving strategy execution, acting as the primary liaison for regional/site teams, and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Lead the implementation and performance tracking of national marketing campaigns, identifying trends, optimizing tactics, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower teams with the knowledge and tools needed to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Operations and Marketing, ensuring alignment of tools, strategies, and initiatives with evolving business needs and company objectives.
  • Partner with Lead Generation and Revenue Management teams to analyze performance drivers, recommend strategic adjustments, and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Web Development teams to identify and implement new website features and enhancements that improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Own the QA process for property onboarding, ensuring unique selling propositions (USPs) are clearly defined, digital assets are optimized, and content is aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner with Internet Listing Services (ILSs) to stay updated on product offerings and best practices in order to optimize listings to enhance community visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Represent the marketing function as a guest speaker and resource creator for operational role sponsor calls, delivering tailored content that supports role-specific success.
  • Lead 30/60/90-day onboarding check-ins for new communities, ensuring seamless integration, addressing support needs, and driving early-stage performance.
  • Travel as required to support strategic initiatives, team development, and property-level execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree; and three to five years’ experience in marketing in or outside industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to manage partners in a collaborative environment and inspire a strong sense of camaraderie, accountability, and high performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and an understanding of new/emerging social platforms such as, but not limited to, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Clubhouse, et al.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other creative and design programs.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SmartSheet a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project management software such as Monday.com, Basecamp, SmartSheet, Asana, Jira, Quip or Microsoft Planner a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google platform including Google Analytics, AdWords, My Business, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets & Slides a plus.
  • Experience with web dev platforms such as WordPress and/or HTML a plus.
  • Demonstrates willingness to leverage AI to increase efficiency in repetitive and routine tasks or programs.

COMPENSATION:

  • Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
  • Compensation: $100,000 / year plus a 15% bonus potential.

    • 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.
