565 Hank by Windsor participates in a Workforce Housing Program (WHP), which is intended to serve the housing needs of people employed in the jobs that the general population of our community rely on to make our community economically viable. Our one and two-bedroom WHP apartments are offered to income-qualified households who can show proof of employment.

Our workforce housing program requires applicants to have household incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), which varies based on household size. Additionally, applicants must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
- One occupant: $64,000 per year
- Two occupants: $73,120 per year
- Three occupants: $82,240 per year
- Four occupants: $91,360 per year
- Five occupants: $98,720 per year
