“Element 47 has lived up to expectations. The apartment was spotless and a few minor maintenance items were taken care of promptly. The leasing agent Brett was professional and helpful through the leasing process and our manager Lydie Lo has been incredibly engaged and helpful with any detail. The common facilities are spotless and the services are very good especially trash removal at the common location. Parking is tight but doable and street parking is usually available if needed for unloading. Overall the security of the complex has been good and I feel secure. Dog friendly residents follow the rules set out by the management. Overall i give Element 47 high marks for managing this location and I am happy to be a resident.”
