“I have truly enjoyed living here. There is plenty to do and places to walk to in all directions and I've not felt unsafe walking at night. The staff and management have been very friendly overall and are great about communicating any events happening or issues that arise with tenants! When it comes to pets you can tell that the pet friendly advertising is genuine with all the happy, wagging tails and pet/OHS related fundraiser events and ways to donate to the pet friendly local community! The interior is fresh, and upgrades look to have been done professionally. It is nice feeling like you're at least getting what you pay for. Probably my favorite apartment rental hands down.”

“My criteria when I was looking for an apartment was Location, A/C, walkability to food and activities, in unit washer and dryer and most important to me was the best square footage. Windsor was able to meet all of my criteria expectations and had the best bang for my buck when it came to how much I was paying a month for square footage in the area. Kaleb was helpful and knowledgeable. Tyler has been beyond accommodating, being a student and working fulltime it makes it hard to be home and wait for the internet company to show up and Tyler has been very supportive in my transition as I got utilities and services set up in my unit. Maintenance has also been great at communicating every step of the way as I was having issues figuring out my HVAC and how to use it. He made sure He called before coming to take a look he called right after to follow up and let me know with every follow up what the plan was and a time frame.”
