Windsor on the Lake towers above the north bank of Lady Bird Lake, adjacent to Austin’s Ann and Roy Butler 10.2-mile Hike and Bike Trail, bordering the water’s edge. With a Bike Score of 93, many of our residents use the Austin B-Cycle station that is directly across the street. There is also a Zipcar space in front of our community, as well as Capital Metro Bus and Rail stops within walking distance. Outdoor recreation is convenient, with kayak and stand-up paddleboard shops located within ½ mile from our front door.
Our charming Rainey Street District location is just a short walk away from award-winning restaurants and bars, as well local cafes and shopping.
