Business Analyst
DESCRIPTION:
The Business Analyst fulfills program administrative, planning, implementation, and optimization responsibilities impacting operations. In this role, the business analyst will need to support the implementation of new property technologies, upgrades, and processes and may also be responsible in supporting the development and delivery of various training solutions for the systems and processes in use. They are expected to leverage their autonomy, property level experience, systems knowledge, and creative skills to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program, with a specific focus on improving the end user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for operations specific systems applications and products.
- Act as a liaison between end users/property teams and program teams.
- Assist with collection of property specific details and complete data entry as required for implementations.
- Assist with implementation verification, testing, and documentation of new processes, programs, services, and technologies.
- Maintain and monitor end user communication channels regularly.
- Seek and share solutions that will empower end users to solve issues through weekly updates.
- Coordination of property requests and questions to ensure they are routed to the correct team for resolution.
- Identify and escalate support issues within vendor support hierarchy or within business team as necessary.
- Participate in the onboarding of operations programs with new property acquisitions.
- Communicate to business stakeholder’s new product features and changes.
- Review, Analyze and evaluate user needs to assist with program and process solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Perform regular analysis of identified KPIs to ensure data integrity.
- Identify inefficiencies as well as opportunities for improvement as they relate to program processes and workflows.
- Assist with resolution of end user difficulties and determine the technical and operational feasibility of the solutions.
- Contribute to the development of training solutions based on end user feedback.
- Assist L&D with producing program related training materials as needed and at times assist with leading training on program topics on an as needed basis.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Travel (20%) may be required for support and training of all residential sites and regional staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a real estate environment is preferred.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of Funnel CRM, Yardi, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- General understanding of database management.
- Compensation range is $75,000 - $88,000 annually plus 15% bonus. Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

- 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.
