  • Studios starting at $1,145.
  • Includes households whose earnings do not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size. The maximum household income is as follows:
    • 1 person household: $52,920
    • 2 person household: $60,480
• Moderate Low-Income Program:
  • Studios starting at $1,235.
  • Includes households whose earnings do not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size. The maximum household income is as follows:
    • 1 person household: $68,500
    • 2 person household: $78,250
