To keep our residents informed of our ongoing ESG initiatives, we hold several educational campaigns throughout the year.  Promoting onsite at our communities and through coordinated digital campaigns.

Our Green Guide provides no cost and low-cost ways residents can incorporate sustainability into their daily lives, with sustainable approaches to energy, water, materials, resources, and transportation.

Windsor provides monetary donations and volunteer time, partnering with local and national nonprofits to implement sustainable strategies that help promote strength and resilience in our local neighborhoods.  All associates are encouraged to participate in our company-wide National Day of Service where we partner with local non-profit or charitable organizations that focus on making positive impacts to our local communities.
