Paying rent is simple and convenient. Residents simply log in to our secure Resident Portal, available on desktop or mobile app, to make their monthly payment.

Payments can be made by bank transfer (ACH) or credit/debit card. For added convenience, you can enroll in autopay so your rent is automatically processed on the due date each month — giving you peace of mind and one less task to manage.

Paying through the Resident Portal also provides access to added benefits, including on-time rent reporting (if enabled) and the ability to earn rewards points through Bilt.

Simply log in https://www.windsorcommunities.com/for-residents/resident-portal/ each month to submit your payment, or enable autopay, and you’re all set.

Getting started with Bilt Rewards is easy! You have two options:

Option 1: Visit bilt.com to create your account before making your first rent payment.

Option 2: Sign up directly through the Resident Portal when you make your first payment. Simply select “”Make Payment,”” and you’ll be prompted to create or connect your Bilt account before completing your transaction.

Once you’re enrolled, your eligible on-time rent payments will automatically start earning points. You can also set up autopay for added convenience and enable credit reporting if you’d like your on-time payments to help build your credit.
